Shipping Terms

1. Our products are made without artificial preservatives, are perishable and ship with DRY ICE. Keep refrigerated upon receipt. You may also freeze them for longer term storage.

2. Shelf life: thirty days refrigerated, up to one year frozen.

3. CakeLove ships via Fedex and UPS to physical addresses within the lower 48 states. The amount of time required varies between one and three days, depending on location. We do not ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPO addresses. We charge a flat $10 shipping fee for order. Carrier policies and limitations will apply to all orders.

4. Orders entered before 12:00 CST will ship same day, but only if it can be delivered by Friday or Saturday (residential). CakeLove products will not ship over a weekend. Orders placed after Noon on a Thursday will ship the following Monday.

5. Any errors in entry of an address may delay shipment.

6. Carriers impose a residential surcharge for deliveries to non-business addresses.

7. No deliveries to U.S. PO Boxes or APO addresses.

8. Orders will not be shipped to undeliverable addresses.

9. No signature required upon receipt.

10. Product is shipped with DRY ICE and will be cold/cool upon arrival, but it is strongly recommended that you inform the recipient a perishable package is en route.
